Affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioner be kept with the record.

Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of informing the Officer-in-Charge, Dadpur Police Station regarding act and activities of the private respondents, no steps have been taken. Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent nos.6 and 7 submits that the entire writ petition is suppression of material facts.

On the other hand, learned advocate for the State submits that Dadpur Police Station Case

No.131 of 2025 dated 25.04.2025 has already been registered for investigation.

Having regard to the fact that investigation process has already commenced, I am of the view that the preliminary grievance of the petitioner has been addressed.

Police authorities will take the investigation of the case to its logical conclusion and would also keep a vigil so that no breach of the peace takes place at the locale.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 8991 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
