Both the parties agreed to the prayer made by the wife that Matrimonial Suit No. 274 of 2022 which is pending before the learned District Judge, Barasat, North 24-Parganas be transferred to any court of competent jurisdiction at Ranaghat, Nadia.

Under such circumstances, the learned District Judge, Barasat, North 24-Parganas is directed to transfer the Matrimonial Suit No. 274 of 2022 to the court of the learned District Judge at Nadia. The learned District Judge Nadia, shall assign Matrimonial Suit No. 274 of 2022, to any court of competent jurisdiction at Ranaghat.

The said suit shall proceed in accordance with law before the transferee court.

The learned transferee court shall issue notices upon the respective parties, upon receipt of the case records.

The revisional application is accordingly disposed of. Connected application is also disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are to act on the server copy of this order.
