03.05.2024 Item No.1 Ct. No. 29 CHC C.R.M.(A) 1227 of 2024 In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

And In the matter of : Samir Sekh @ Samir ...... petitioner Md. Wasim Akram ....for the petitioner Mr. Arnab Chatterjee, Mr. Abhinaba Mukherjee ....for the State Typographical error appearing in the order dated April 25, 2024 be corrected.

"and Section 12 of the POCSO Act" be deleted from the order dated April 25, 2024.

The other portion of the order dated April 25, 2024 will remain unaltered.

Department will incorporate the correction.
