The petitioner has filed the instant application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure after being arrested in connection with Berhampore Police Station Case No.236 of 2019 dated 26.02.2019 under Sections 302/120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that his client does not intend to press this application.
