Affidavit-of-service and the supplementary affidavit filed in Court today are taken on record. The petitioner seeks release of the terminal benefits of her husband who was an employee of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation and who died-inharness on 9th October, 2019. Learned advocate appearing for the Corporation submits that necessary steps shall be taken for releasing the dues of the petitioner.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Municipal Commissioner being the respondent No. 2 herein or his authorized delegate to take steps for disbursing the terminal dues of the petitioner in accordance with law, at the earliest,

but positively within a period of ninety days from the date of communication of a copy of this order. The aforesaid respondent shall intimate the petitioner the formalities that are to be complied for the purpose of disbursal of the terminal dues.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
