The facts as submitted on behalf of the petitioner is recorded in the order dated 11th June, 2026. Today, the Mission Director of Paschim Banga Rajya Shishu Shiksha Mission, being the 2nd respondent herein, is represented and submits that the issue herein shall be dealt with by this respondent upon the petitioner submitting a proper representation before the authority.

In view of the above, the petitioner is granted liberty to submit a comprehensive representation before the 2nd respondent disclosing the entire fact and enclosing relevant documents in support of her contention within 10 days from date. The 2nd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the same within two weeks from the date of receipt thereof upon granting reasonable opportunity of hearing to all concerned including the petitioner, in accordance with law.

The decision taken by the authority shall be communicated to the petitioner within a week thereof. It is expected that the said authority shall deal with the case of the petitioner sympathetically and consider whether the shortfall in the period of service of the petitioner was due to any fault on the part of the petitioner. No fruitful purpose shall be served by keeping the writ petition pending. The same is disposed of. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
