The victim girl deposed before the jurisdictional Court. The evidence of the victim girl at this stage does not warrant grant of prayer for bail as made by the petitioner. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. 3518 of 2021 is dismissed.
