The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner draws the attention of the Court to the application which was annexed to the civil revision application and the certified copy of such application as annexed to the supplementary affidavit. He submits that in the application it was prayed for leave to withdraw with liberty to file afresh as would be evident from the certified copy annexed to the application being CAN 1/2025 where as in the application annexed to the civil revision application it appears that liberty was sought only to withdraw the suit without liberty to file afresh.

The opposite party in CAN 1/2025 prays for leave to file an affidavit-in-opposition to such application. As prayed for by the learned advocate for the opposite party, liberty is given to the opposite party in CAN 1/2025 to file an affidavit-in-opposition to the said application within a week from date. Reply thereto, if any, be filed within a week thereafter.

List this matter under the heading 'Application' after two weeks.
