And In Re : Maniruddin Sekh @ Moniruddin Seikh ..... petitioner Mr. Dipankar Guha ... for the petitioner Mr. Shiladitya Banerjee ... for the State Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the principal accused. He does not stand on the same footing with the co-accused who is enlarged on bail. Trial is in progress. Under such circumstances we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
