It has been submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that after serving a copy of the writ petition the men and agents of the Howrah Municipal Corporation has taken steps to deal with the unauthorised construction complained of. As it appears from the submissions made on behalf of the parties that steps have already been taken by the Howrah Municipal Corporation to deal with the unauthorised construction accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the Howrah Municipal Corporation to take steps against such unauthorised construction strictly in accordance with law at the

earliest after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the parties.

A final order be passed in the matter positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on completion of usual formalities.
