This writ petition, styled as a public interest litigation has been filed by making certain allegations against the Pradhan of the Panchayat pertaining to a Central Government Scheme.

It is seen that the writ petitioners have not even submitted a representation and the writ petition is solely based upon certain information said to have been secured by the writ petitioners under the Right to Information Act.

Unless and until the writ petitioners approach the appropriate authority with a proper representation and if they are not favoured with the reply or the reply is not satisfactory, then

only the writ petitioners can seek for approaching the legal forum for necessary relief.

Therefore, at this juncture, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition and the same is dismissed.

However, it will be well open to the writ petitioners to approach the appropriate authority by way of a comprehensive representation.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
