The petitioner is alleging that though she was appointed as a Group-D staff (Matron) by the authority of the Jhuruli Adarsha Vidyapith (H.S.), District: North 24 Parganas, since August 09, 2007 but the school authorities in collision with the District Level Inspection Team did not include her name in the Inspection Report, as a consequence her appointment has not yet been approved. The petitioner is praying approval of her such appointment.

The name of the petitioner was not in the District Level Inspection Report, as such her appointment was not approved. The petitioner is now disputing the correctness of the said report which is not open to her after laps of so many years.

The petitioner therefore is not entitled to the relief as prayed for.

WPA 8943 of 2023 is dismissed without any order as costs.
