Mr. Pan, learned advocate appearing for the opposite party in the application raises an objection against the modification application as in the prayer portion it has been stated that steps for initiating the proceeding will be taken within 4 months from the date of passing an order in the modification application. Faced with such situation, Mr. De, learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the entire process shall be completed by the end of December, 2025.
As prayed for Mr.
De, learned Additional Government Pleader leave is given to the alleged contemnor to file an affidavit stating that the entire process in terms of direct purchase policy including release of payment shall be made by the end of December, 2025.
Let such affidavit be filed by the alleged contemnor on or before August 20, 2025.
