No. 1 Five revisional applications are taken up for analogous consideration as they involve the same issues. Initially, it was contended on behalf of the petitioner that the company is in liquidation. When confronted with the question as to where the order of winding up, an order of the Delhi High Court was referred to which records that there was an appointment of a provisional liquidator. Company is not established to be in liquidation as on date.

In any event the petitioners are signatories to the cheques or Directors of the company.

I find no material irregularity in the Jurisdictional Court in passing the order impugned or in the continuation of the proceeding.

C.R.R. 1754 of 2025, C.R.R. 1755 of 2025, C.R.R. 1756 of 2025, C.R.R. 1757 of 2025 and C.R.R. 1758 of 2025 are dismissed.
