...for the respondent Ms. Mita Biswas, appears and submits that she could not appear on 17th April, 2023 due to unavoidable circumstances, for which an Advocate has been appointed by the Calcutta High Court Legal Services Committee as per the direction of this Court. She is willing to continue with the matter. The learned Counsel has also stated that the respondent expressed her wiliness to continue with the present advocate on record.

Under such circumstances, the order dated 17th April, 2023 is recalled.

The Advocate appointed by the Calcutta High Court Legal Services Committee stands discharged.

This order shall immediately be communicated to the Secretary, CalHCLSC for information and record. The appeal shall be listed in the monthly combined list of July, 2023.

We make it clear that in the event the respondent is not represented on the adjourned date, we may proceed with the hearing of the appeal on the basis of the LCR. CAN 4 of 2023 is disposed of accordingly.
