Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits he is in custody for 104 days. It is also submitted he has been falsely implicated. Accordingly, he prays for bail.

2. Learned Counsel for the State opposes the bail prayer.

3. Learned Counsel for the de facto complainant also opposes the bail prayer.

4. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had romantic relationship with the victim.

Subsequently relationship broke down and the victim threatened to commit suicide. Chat on social networking site between them show petitioner had abetted the victim to commit suicide. In Signed By :

view of the aforesaid incriminating materials, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
