1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier in January, 2024. There is no change in circumstance since then. Thereafter charge has been framed. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
