Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there are some incurable defects in the writ petition. As such, the petitioner would not like to press the same and would instead like to file a revisional application in respect of a judicial order on the selfsame grounds.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner from filing a proper application on the selfsame grounds. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
