Report has been prepared by the Officer-in-Charge, Charu Market Police Station. In view of the injury report which is available in the case diary, I direct that the learned trial court after 17 years would take efforts to frame the charge on the next available date and would fix one date in every 15 days for the examination of the witnesses and complete the prosecution witnesses within a period of six months from the date of consideration of charges.

The Officer-in-Charge, Charu Market will on communication by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, 1st Court, Alipore make the witnesses available before the court on the date so fixed by the learned trial court. In case any witness is not available, a report would be submitted. It would be the discretion of the learned Magistrate to close the evidence of the witness concerned in case in consecutive dates the witness do not appear before the court. All efforts be taken so that the verdict of the case is pronounced by 31st

December, 2025.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 1357 of 2023 is disposed of.
