The petitioners are challenging the order dated July 17, 2019 bearing Memo No. 1945/MM/LR/2019 of the District Magistrate, Bankura, the respondent no. 2 herein, whereby the petitioners have been directed to show cause as to why appropriate action including termination of mining lease over the Sand Block mentioned in the said notice shall not be made. The petitioners have already replied to the said show cause, challenge to the show cause is prematured. However, the respondent no. 2 is requested to expedite the disposal of the said show cause in accordance with law.

Since no affidavit-in-opposition has been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents. W.P.A. 10036 of 2021 is thus disposed of without any order as to costs.
