The said information was furnished to the police authorities, but, no steps have been taken.

On the other hand, learned advocate for the private respondents submits that a title suit has been preferred by the petitioner himself.

State has submitted a report which reflects that, at the relevant point of time, a proceeding was drawn up under Section 126 of the BNSS.

Be that as it may, since the petitioner is a senior citizen as also the fact that there is a family feud existing between the petitioner and his daughter-inlaw, I direct that if any information is furnished before the police authorities that the present petitioner has been subjected to any physical torture, then, in that case, the police authorities would ensure that the same is prevented.

The police authorities would also keep a strict vigil and ensure that there is no breach of any peace and tranquility.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 9058 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
