Ms. Sudarshana Dutta ..for the petitioner It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there are some technical irregularities and errors in the application under Article 226 of the Constitution and the petitioner wants to withdraw the application with leave to file the same afresh on the self-same cause of action. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the application and the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn with leave to file the same afresh after removing all defects.
