The matter has been listed under the heading "TO BE MENTIONED" at the instance of the learned advocate for the respondents for correction of an inadvertent typographical mistake having crept into the order dated 23.02.2026 in paragraph 2, while disposing of the present matter.

In the 2nd paragraph, it has wrongly been stated in the penultimate sentence regarding the period of probation being of "two years" instead of "one year".

The mistake pointed out in the order is obvious and not in dispute.

We, therefore, direct that in the penultimate sentence of paragraph 2, the period of probation be read as "one year" instead of "two years"

5.

The order stands modified accordingly.
