The matter is listed today since a typographical error occurred in the heading of the order dated 16.06.2025 since 'WPA 8952 of 2023' has been typed as 'WPA 8952 of 2025'.

In view of such, the figure '2025' as appearing in the heading of the order dated 16.06.2025 is hereby deleted and in its place, the figure '2023' is inserted. 3.

It further reveals that in the second line of paragraph no. 11, same mistake occurred. In view of such, the figure '2025' as appearing there is hereby deleted and in its place the figure '2023' is inserted.

Necessary corrections in this regard are made by me in Court today.

Let this order be treated as part of the order dated 16.06.2025.
