Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that his establishment cannot come within the purview of ESI Act.

Learned advocate for the ESI submits that there is an appeal provision under Section 45AA in respect of the order passed which has been impugned in this writ application.

Hence, I direct the petitioners to file the remedy of appeal as there is alternative remedy in the Act. With this direction, the writ application is disposed of.
