Counsel on behalf of the respondent Corporation submits that this is a case of splitting of load and the matter may be referred to GRO (Grievance Redressal Officer of the respondent Corporation).

In view of the submission made on behalf of the parties, the GRO (Grievance Redressal Officer of the respondent Corporation) is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from date. The GRO (Grievance Redressal Officer of the respondent Corporation) is also directed to inform the petitioner the result of his representation within a period of two weeks from taking such decision. It is made clear that nothing in this order will influence the GRO (Grievance Redressal Officer of the respondent Corporation) in considering the

representation of the petitioner. The petitioner is granted liberty to approach the concerned GRO (Grievance Redressal Officer of the respondent Corporation) if so advised.

Accordingly, W.P. 6633 (W) of 2020 and C.A.N. 5475 of 2020 are disposed of.
