The issue raised in the writ petition is completely of civil nature. Suit for declaration of title and injunction between the petitioners and the private respondents is pending before the appropriate civil Court.

The petitioners are seeking a direction upon the Police Authority to take steps in terms of the complaint lodged by them against the private respondents.

The issue of title between the petitioners and the respondents since is pending before the appropriate civil Court, the relief sought for in the writ petition is misconceived.

The writ petition being W.P.A. 6637 of 2020 is dismissed.

The application being C.A.N. 5489 of 2020 is disposed of.

There shall be no order for costs.
