The petitioner in the present criminal revisional application is challenging the orders dated September 08, 2016 and October 22, 2019 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate at Dubrajpur, District : Birbhum in connection with G.R. No. 157 of 2008 arising out of Dubrajpur Police Station Case No. 99 of 2008 dated August 5, 2008 under Sections 147/148/149/323/324/325/326/307/379/506 of the Indian Penal Code, whereby the learned Magistrate has issued the Warrant of Arrest and Warrant of Proclamation and Attachment respectively against the petitioner.

The Warrant of arrest was issued way back on September 08, 2016 but the petitioner evaded arrest as a consequence the Warrant of Proclamation and Attachment has been issued by the Magistrate. This Court does not find any reason to interfere with the orders under challenge.

CRR 1230 of 2021 is dismissed.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the learned Magistrate and to take appropriate steps to get bail in accordance with law.
