1. Since a reasoned order has been passed in compliance with the previous direction of this court issued in the writ petition, it cannot be said that there is any contumacious action on the part of the alleged contemnor.

2. In the event the petitioners are aggrieved with the said reasoned order, it is open to the petitioners to prefer a challenge against the same. However, there is no further scope of the contempt application being kept pending.

3. Accordingly, CPAN 641 of 2024 is disposed of as infructuous, with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the reasoned order by way of a properly constituted challenge.

4. There will be no order as to costs.

5. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
