Ms. Tina Biswas ... For the petitioners. Mr. Rajarshi Basu ... For the State respondents. The petitioners are complaining that they have not been given Government aid as earmarked for the victim of Amphan cyclone.

On perusal of the record it appears that excepting the petitioner no. 1 none of them has applied for such aid.

The writ petition at the instance of some persons who have not even applied for the Government aid for Amphan victim is therefore not maintainable.

W.P.A. 6645 of 2020 is dismissed.

The connected urgency application being CAN 1 of 2020 (Old No. : CAN 5497 of 2020) is disposed of accordingly.

No order as to costs.
