Mr. Samim Ahammed, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Kallol Mondal, learned Counsel for the opposite party jointly submit that disputes between the parties have amicably been settled and a joint affidavit to the said effect is filed by the parties which is taken on record. In view of such development, the application has become infructuous.

C.O. 1083 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.
