It is submitted on behalf of the respondents that the grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition is required to be dealt with by the Central Administrative Tribunal as per notification issued by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Girevances and Pensions, Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India dated October 31, 2008 and this Court has no jurisdiction to deal with the same. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
