Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that inspite of informing Haridevpur Police Station no steps have been taken.

State has submitted a report which reflects that Haridevpur P.S. case no. 324/25 dated 16.05.2025 has been registered for investigation under the relevant provisions of law.

Mr. Chakraborty, learned advocate appears for the private respondents.

In view of the steps having been taken by the police authorities, further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted. Police authorities are directed to take the investigation to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 8995 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
