Petitioners pray for bail as there has been alleged recovery of 73 bottles of Phensedyl and the petitioners are in custody for 76 days.

Learned advocate submits that petitioners have been implicated on the basis of statement of co-accused. On the other hand, learned advocate for the State submits that the investigation of the case is in progress.

Having considered that the investigation is in progress, at this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail.

Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 765 of 2026 is dismissed.
