The petitioner has prayed for general transfer on special ground. His representation is at page 22 of the writ application (Annexure P-3). He has written some problems there which are required to be considered with sympathy.

I direct the Commissioner of School Education to take a decision in respect of this transfer within a period of four months after giving the petitioner an opportunity of hearing and to pass a reasoned order after expiry of the said four month period.

With the said direction, this writ application is disposed of.
