Proceeding in connection with the Nabadwip Police Station Case No.452 of 2023 dated August 18, 2023 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class at Nabadwip, Nadia be quashed.

The criminal revisional application being CRR No. 1455 of 2024 is allowed.

The connected application being CRAN No. 1 of 2024 is disposed of accordingly.
