... petitioner The present revisional application was preferred in connection with a proceeding under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, passed by the learned Executive Magistrate, 1st Court, Alipore, in connection with M.P. Case No.380 of 2012. Having regard to the limitations in respect of prayer under Section 144 Cr.P.C. and the orders passed therein, I am of the view that the M.P. Case No.380 of 2012 has become infructuous. Consequently, the present revisional application has also become infructuous.

Accordingly, C.R.R.1296 of 2012 is dismissed. Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
