Begg ....for the State In an incident of assault, numerous persons received injuries. Some of the injuries were classified as grievous hurt. All the petitioners stand implicated in the incident of assault.

State and the de-facto complainant are represented. In view of the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1610 of 2023 is dismissed.
