Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is not being paid arrear salary for the period from March, 2012 till November, 2019.

Learned advocate appearing for the State on instruction submits that, necessary steps in accordance with law with the procedure established were taken. She submits that, at present, the file is pending with the Commissioner of

School Education. She submits that, the authorities require some more time.

In such circumstances, the respondent no.2 is requested to disburse the arrear salary receivable by the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order to him.

W.P.A. No.6660 of 2020 is disposed of.
