Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a distant relative who has been implicated in connection with proceedings under Section 12 of the P.W.D.V Act, 2005.

I find from the records that the case being Case No. 852C of 2021 is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd court, Malda. Since the provisions of Section 29 of the PWDV Act enshrines a statutory provision of appeal, petitioner is directed to exhaust his remedies before the appellate forum and thereafter if required take resort to other remedies.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 1456 of 2024 along with CRAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.

Department is directed to return the certified copy to the learned advocate on record appearing on behalf of the petitioner on the same being replaced by a Photostat copy.
