Ms. Nora Lothemia D. Cruz Ms. Sabarnee Chatterjee Ms. Reshmi Goswami ....for the petitioner This application under Article of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), 1st Court at Barasat to dispose of Title Suit No.760 of 2023 expeditiously.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite parties.

From the order sheets appended to this application, it appears that July 7, 2025 has been fixed for ex party hearing of the said suit. The order sheet further reflects that the petitioner herein filed a petition praying for shifting back the date of hearing.

However, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, on instruction, submits that the petitioner is not seeking preponement of the date of hearing. In the light of the said submission made by the learned advocate for the petitioner CO 1377 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), 1st Court at Barasat to dispose of Title Suit No.760

of 2023 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
