The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Ms. Manasi Roy, learned Advocate who ordinarily appears for the State. Her appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

This revisional application is enclosed with the FIR and other documents which are only suitable to the present petitioner. The whole of the documents under Section 207 of Cr.P.C. has not been enclosed, as such there cannot be any interference in connection with Tehatta Police Station Case No. 270 of 2022 dated 13.04.2022.

Petitioner is granted liberty to take up the issues canvassed in the present revisional application before the learned trial Court at the appropriate stage of the proceeding.

With the aforesaid observations CRR 1363 of 2023 is disposed of.
