It is the grievance of the petitioner that following his application for mutation, South Dum Dum Municipality conducted a hearing on July 16, 2021. But thereafter, nothing has been communicated to him from the Municipality.

There is no need to keep this writ petition pending.

I dispose of this writ petition with a direction upon South Dum Dum Municipality to communicate the decision, if any, taken following the meeting held on July 16, 2021 within a period of two weeks from date.

Accordingly, WPA 8968 of 2023 is disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of usual legal formalities.
