State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the respondents are having Visa till 04.10.2025. In view of the earlier directions, report has been submitted by the Officer-in-charge, Rahara Police Station. The primary accusations so far as the private respondent being a Bangladesh national is confirmed but the respondent no. 6 is legally and validly staying in India on date.

So far as the petitioner is concerned she is staying at her matrimonial home.

Petitioner if so advised would prefer an application under the relevant provisions of the PWDV Act, 2005 within 4 weeks from date. Petitioner apprehends that she may be thrown out from her matrimonial home.

The police authorities for a period of 4 weeks till such application is filed under the provisions of PWDV Act, 2005, will ensure that the petitioner is not thrown out of her matrimonial home.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 9842 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
