1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there was a love affair between the petitioner and the victim girl. The other co-accused are on bail.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the State relies on the statement of the victim girl recorded before the learned Magistrate. As per the victim, she was forcibly kidnapped by the present petitioner with the help of others and upon constant threats, she was taken from one place to another and finally to a relative's place where she was kept locked in a room.

3. In view of the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statement of the victim recorded before the learned Magistrate, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.

5. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
