The petitioners have challenged the notice of hearing that has been issued by the Pradhan of the gram panchayat on 1st April, 2022.

The notice of hearing does not give rise to any cause of action. The petitioners cannot claim to be aggrieved only by issuance of a notice for production of documents in support of their claim.

The writ petition appears to be absolutely misconceived. The same stands dismissed.
