Petitioner complains that, an order directing police assistance to be given for taking possession of the secured assets, passed by the District Magistrate, under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act, 2002) is yet to be implemented.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the police are ready to comply with the order of the District Magistrate.

In such circumstances, the police will act in terms of the order of the District Magistrate within a fortnight from date.

WPA 10064 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly

without any order as to costs.
