It appears in the order dated 18th June, 2025, the appearance of Mr. Rananjay Chatterjee and Mr. Kushi Prasun Chatterjee, learned advocates for the respondent no. 2 had been left out. Let their appearance be incorporated in the order dated 18th June, 2025. The other portions of the order remains unaltered.

Mr. Shraff, learned advocate by placing before this Court the copy of the notification dated 19th June, 2025 would submit that the final notification levying duty in terms of the provisions contained in Rule 18 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995 has since been published. 3.

Having regard thereto, the writ petition which seeks to challenge the final findings issued by Designated Authority has become infructuous.

Mr. Kundalia, learned senior advocate appearing for the respondent no. 1 and Mr. Sharma, learned senior advocate representing the domestic industry would concur to the fact that the notification as aforesaid has already been published.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the necessary formalities.
