Learned senior advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is similarly situated as the other accused who has been granted bail on 27.04.2026 in CRM(NDPS) 732 of 2026. The present petitioner has also been implicated on the basis of statement of co-accused and there has been no recovery from the present petitioner. Petitioner is in custody for more than two and a half months and charge-sheet has already been submitted in connection with the instant case.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is similarly situated as the other accused viz. Sayed Mia @ Sayed Sk who has been granted bail on 27.04.2026 in CRM(NDPS) 732 of 2026, I am of the opinion that the present petitioner viz., Rakib be released on bail on the same terms and conditions

as the other accused has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 732 of 2026.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.

The application for bail, being CRM (NDPS) 768 of 2026, is, thus, disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
