Conditions of bail imposed on the petitioner, i.e. not to enter Duttapukur Police Station and to report to the Officerin-charge of Titagarh Police Station within whose jurisdiction he is presently residing once in a week are waived. 2.

Petitioner shall report to the Officer-in-charge, Duttapukur Police Station once in a month until further orders.

Other conditions of bail shall remain the same.
